Terms & Conditions

    Where a Bet is voided, it will ordinarily be refunded to the Real Money Balance.

  • Respectful behaviour: You must behave courteously towards dealers, staff, and other Players. The following are strictly prohibited:
    • Insults, harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory remarks;

Bonus Terms

Activation and General Conditions

  • Eligibility: Bonuses are personal, non-transferable, and may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, or payment instrument, unless expressly stated otherwise.

    • Entry of a valid bonus code; or
    • Manual activation by support.
    • Failure to follow the stated procedure may result in non-crediting of the Bonus.

    Termination & Suspension

    By the Player

    By the Operator

    • Grounds for suspension or termination: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, withhold or confiscate funds, and/or cancel Bets or Bonuses if:

    • Courts / arbitration: Subject to any mandatory alternative dispute resolution mechanisms required by the Curaçao licence, any unresolved dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
    • Australian users: If you are located in Australia, you acknowledge that the Services are provided from outside Australia by an overseas operator and that the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) may take action against offshore gambling services.
